Senior Frontend Developer (React)

We run a multi-brand entertainment platform: one React core, dozens of branded frontends, real traffic from day one. You will work in the core team — the code you ship reaches every brand we operate. No legacy jQuery, no ticket factory: you take a problem, design the approach, defend it in review, ship it, and see it live the same week.
What you will do
- Design and build features in the React 18 + TypeScript core used by all our brands
- Drive performance work: bundle budgets, rendering cost, Core Web Vitals on real devices
- Review code of 3-5 teammates and raise the bar without slowing them down
- Work directly with product and design — no middle layer between you and the decision
- Harden the platform: error budgets, graceful degradation, offline resilience
What we expect
- 5+ years building production SPAs, 3+ with React and TypeScript
- You can explain rendering behavior, memoization trade-offs, and state design without slides
- Experience with build tooling (Vite/webpack) beyond copy-pasting configs
- You have shipped and supported something with real users and real incidents
- English or Russian for daily communication; our code and docs are in English
Nice to have
- High-load B2C or iGaming background
- PWA / Service Worker experience
- Feature-flag driven development, A/B testing at scale
